From today's USA Today:
Ringo Starr has joined with Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment to develop a franchise in which the former Beatle will play a superpowered animated version of himself. The project will launch as a DVD, then possibly expand to TV and features. Starr will provide the voice for his character and contribute original songs.
(Hell, you can't make this stuff up.)
