You know it wouldn't be right for me, on this day, to point out that this guy appeared in one of the worst movies ever made, Independence Day, or co-starred in one of the rare Bob Newhart TV Show flops, George & Leo. Nope, I won't mention them at all.
I will say that he did star in one of the best and funniest TV Shows of all time in Taxi!
Yeah, that would be more appropriate to say on the day of his birth.
So, here's a Happy Birthday to Reiger, or more accurately....
