You gotta love actors like this guy, who made a ton of films in the 30's and 40's, playing virtually the same character but with an assortment of different names. Like;
Jimmy, Muggs, Bim, Punchy, Snap, Ethelbert, Cecil, Clutch, Terence, Slip, Biff and my favorite Spit!
