When he's tried a motion picture career his choices have been less than.....stellar. (Hurlyburly and What Planet Are You From?) But television, now that's another story.
He's had two excellent shows (It's Garry Shandling's Show and The Larry Sanders Show) that have bent the rules of on air TV and were VERY funny.
