To say she's a rare breed might be an understatement. She's one of the very few actors who had success as a child performer (appearing in TV shows Gunsmoke, Kung Fu and The Courtship of Eddies Father to name but a few) and equaled and surpassed her work as an adult in The Accused, The Silence of the Lambs and Taxi Driver.
